Objective:
A yearly celebration for radiology employees. Each year this event enjoys a new holiday theme.

Attendees:
300 – 500 employees and their guests

Venue: Hyatt Hotel
While at the Hyatt, guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner paired with entertainment throughout the evening. The room was thoughtfully designed to create a mingle space that was distinct and separate from the dining area.

Venue: Hotel Arts
The client later moved the event to a standing reception format. Working with the venue and our decor partner, we created thoughtfully designed mingle spaces and food stations to help ease guests into this new format.
