How do you get nearly 3,000 hungry workers at a refinery on 20 plus buses, transport them safely to a new location, feed them until they are full, entertain them, provide them with a gift, and return the workers to the refinery IN ONE AND HALF HOURS? Oh and as an added twist you have three weeks to do this, it is in a different city, the event is hosted by the President/CEO, there is one company and three contracting companies to co-ordinate, you also have to do a night shift event and the event must be videoed and edited so it can be watched at a different event in another city for another 1,000 people the next day.
